Federal Funding and The Private Sector

Billions of dollars are set to arrive per state, providing millions to most major cities (where the AMERICAN RESCUE PLAN (ARP) to serve those in need are great). Thanks to a 1.9 trillion dollar federal aid package passed first announced by Pres. Joe Biden in January and signed into law in March. For the most part, the bill gives aid to respond to the covid-19 pandemic and it's ramifications in numerous sectors, industries, households, small businesses, and non-profits. The money tracks for various needs in many ways. Funds can be allocated to private non-profit organizations and special purpose units of state and / or local governments. Each of those entities would be required to use funds in line with requirements as identified in part of the general ARP guidelines. The U.S. Treasury may hold up to half of the funds allocated per district (and each organization) upon first initial disbursement - but must release the rest of the funds within a year. Many uses and ideas are apart of the local city municipalities and local or state governments on how to allocate and approve funds to be used in the areas (for our purposes: mental health and those effected by covid-19), where the ARP accords. They are to be used by 2024. Time is now.

When looking at the bill that gives aid to respond to the covid-19 pandemic and it's ramifications in numerous sectors; industries, households, small businesses, and non-profits. We couple that with many private major companies ( from the private business sector with both profit and non-profit companies while also utilizing charitable organizations, such as endowment funds ) that seek to provide services to fullfill the needs that are obviously present in the 2021 - 2024 United States landscape all across the United States. Not only the covid-19 pandemic, but also the opiate and opiod pandemic that has sky rocketed in 2020... as did suicide and apparent mental health sufferers. Homelessness also became rampant. While the ARP money tracks for various needs in many ways, MILLIONS of funds can be allocated to private non-profit organizations and special purpose units of state and / or local governments to assist in these key areas that are sevice-able by the private business sector and various non-profits... Each of those entities would be required to use funds in line with requirements. The lapses in ARP, are omnipresent in charitable contributions as a whole.

Both for the individual and the surrounding communities. Unity in community is provided by the path to healing for those afflicted as well as their families. We invite you to discover a community comprised of four classes or groups of individuals. These are seperate, yet relate-able industry standards. These promote care for the individual and the surrounding communities. These four groups of individuals or classes, together, result in a profound synergy... that perhaps, make them all a happier and more productive member of society. These who have experienced faith, hope, love, healing and an overall sense of well being in these homes and their respective communities... these four classes (groups) of individuals experience a new life in our care. Ours and theirs, are but only a begining. It really is our pleasure to assist those in their attempts to provide a new chapter in this modern era. We fight against the tide of alcoholism, mental health and well being, as well as victims of addiction, human trafficking, domestic violence and foster youth to adults communities as a whole. The numbers of those in need are in the hundreds of millions just in the United States alone. Truly, it starts with one person at a time, helping another. The cost of physical and psycological (including medical) healing is literally in the billions per year.
